I understand that the Agreement is legally binding and constitutes a contract between myself and Flux Markets. If I do not agree with the Agreement, I must not proceed.

The information I have provided to Flux Markets about myself is accurate and not misleading in any aspect.

I will inform Flux Markets of any material changes to the information I provided immediately.

I understand and agree that Flux Markets has a legitimate interest in contacting me by email, SMS, post or phone in connection with my application and my account to ensure that I am aware of all the services available to me, or for other marketing purposes.

I understand that I can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting Flux Markets. I understand that further information on how Flux Markets processes client data is contained in Flux Markets’ Privacy Policy (Flux Privacy Policy).
