The NWE Propane swap is a financial instrument that allows market participants to manage their exposure to Propane prices in Northwest Europe. It's based on the CIF ARA large cargo Propane price assessment, which reflects the cost of Propane delivered to the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) region.
